NTS provides IT services including help desk support, system administration, network administration, information assurance / systems security, database administration, telephone systems management, testing and testbed management, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based service management, and engineering and installation services.

NTS provides SATCOM and operations and maintenance (O&M) services including 24 / 7 / 365 terrestrial communication systems support, IT-related support, and telecommunications engineering and installation services.

• We provide reliable O&M services for DoD Teleport facilities, Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) ground systems, baseband equipment and communication subsystems, as well as Army Regional Hub Nodes (RHN).
• Robust support for the sustainment / improvement of satellite ground system infrastructure, computer systems, wide-band communications subsystems, the High Frequency Global Comms System (HFGCS), Electronic Key Management System (EKMS), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), Communications Security (COMSEC) systems, Tactical Support Communications (TSCOMM) operations, Air-to-Ground voice/data communications, and Fixed Submarine Broadcast Systems (FSBS).
• NTS also conducts aircrew communications briefs / debriefs and performs Video Teleconferencing (VTC) administration.

NTS ensures functionality and positioning of government satellite assets for DoD agencies worldwide. Our services include the operations, management, and maintenance of multiple satellite constellations.

• 24 / 7 / 365 Satellite Control Center operations and administration, performing on-console tasks including ground resources assignment and ground system configuration & control. NTS also handles ground controller functions, such as Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C), satellite commands entry and verification, and alarm monitoring & acknowledgement.
• Our support reaches all levels — mission planning and scheduling, emergency response and recovery, Launch and Early Orbit (L&EO), on-orbit operations training and integration, anomaly response, notification, ground system maintenance, testing, evaluation, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• We provide COMSEC, KMI, EKMS and local element account management support for U.S. Navy satellite constellations including FLTSAT, UHF Follow-On, Polar and MUOS, Naval Terminal Data Node (NTDN) emergency operations, and on-console command, control and troubleshooting.

NTS provides telecommunications operations and maintenance (O&M) for the Defense Switched Network (DSN) telephone switch for Avaya and Nortel systems. This includes associated DSN local trunking, gateways, remote switching equipment, and ancillary equipment.

• We provide Inside Plant (ISP) / Outside Plant (OSP) cabling, engineering, installation, termination, splicing and labeling; manhole infrastructure drawings and documentation updates/revisions; and installation of network active/passive devices such as patch panels, media converters, and switches related to analog or Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) transport installations.
• Our capabilities extend to Land Mobile Radio (LMR) operations and maintenance (O&M) support. We provide two-way radio handheld and base station communications support for military installations.
• We handle Antenna and Tower Maintenance Support for various types of antenna systems, supporting EHF, SHF, UHF, VHF, HF, LF, and VLF. Our technicians provide maintenance for towers, curtains, microwave, and rhombic & parabolic reflectors.
